North Long Beach Walking Club meets every Tuesday morning from 9am to 10am. Once a month Dr. Marta Callotta, chiropractor, will be leading the group in an exercise strengthening class. Strengthening exercise is important for your overall health including: posture, strength, prevention of osteoporosis, and maintaining or gaining your ability to perform certain activities.
