Full Job Description

Full-time Chiropractic Assistant to assist our Doctor in fast-paced Long Beach office.

Successfully contribute to our practice’s goal of having a welcoming office with a team of employees who are self-motivated and self-affirmed in the art of caring for people.

Includes the performance of various administrative and patient service tasks including: greeting patients, performing patient reminder calls, scheduling, checking patients in and out of the office, chart preparation, and office administration to include patient billing, collections, and insurance claims management.

Willing to take instruction and have the desire and ability to learn new things and new procedures. Cheerful multi-tasking is a must.

Must also be pleasant, positive, punctual, proactive, assertive, well-groomed, and extremely detail-oriented, with superior organizational and communication skills.


Proficient in standard business and office applications (i.e. Microsoft Office Professional Suite and Publisher)

Excellent people skills

Professional appearance and well-groomed

Proficient multitasker

Ability to work independently

Effective problem solver


· Medical office experience

· High-level of computer skills

· Medical billing experience

· Insurance claims management experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 – $16.00 per hour
